High Carbon Steel Microwire (Diamond Wire Bus) (40-70 Micron)
Introduction of High Carbon Steel Microwires:
High carbon steel microwires, as diamond wire busbar for cutting high hardness crystals, are produced by advanced heat treatment, drawing and brass plating processes with high quality and high purity of high carbon steel as raw materials for the production of electroplated diamond wire and resin diamond wire. Diamond wire coated with diamond particles is specially used for cutting high hardness crystal materials. Diamond wire is a wire saw which uses metal or resin as binder to firmly combine high quality diamond abrasive particles on high carbon steel microwires. According to the production process, it can be divided into resin wire (RW), electroplated wire (EW) and diamond wire (DC). Especially suitable for cutting large size, high hardness, brittle materials, such as single crystal/polycrystalline silicon, sapphire, silicon carbide, crystal and other precious crystals. Compared with free abrasive cutting steel wire, it has the advantages of reducing comprehensive processing costs, improving efficiency, improving processing quality and reducing environmental impact.
